Blank Cut Design manager is a specifically designed software that allows for the design of perfect helix flight blanks resulting in production of perfect helix flights every time. Once designed, the helix flight blank cut design can be delivered to your cutting department, or your blank cut supplier, via DXF file.

In recent years, it was decided to introduce HF1MD to handle increase size and auger production inquiries of large helix to machine. HF1MD was digitized, numerically control and has been very much improved. HF1MD had become easy to set up operations. Stick position and hydraulic pressure settings are numerically controlled, reproducibility is ensured. Operator has become easy to find the optimal machine settings then. Good thing is that the operator can be confirmed by looking at the display while pressing. Evaluation of the shape and the quality of helix is ideally high. I can evaluate that production of spiral of large pitch became possible.
We commissioned an HF1 MD VX flight forming machine from Helix Flight Manufacturing Machines to replace our aging conventional flight press. The improvements in productivity were instant, in both quality and press time. Our operators and support staff were given one days training on the new machine, the results were immediate. Because of the Ultra adjustable support system we were able to quickly achieve the desired setup after the first flight, then multiple flights formed to exacting conformity thereafter.
